  • When will my meals be delivered?

    This is determined by your zip code

  • Do you deliver in my area?

    We are currently covering 75% of CT but we will be expanding soon.

  • How often do you deliver?

    We deliver once a week or bi weekly.

  • How many meals do I have to order

    We currently have a 10 meal minimum per delivery.

  • How do I cancel?

    Please call or email the Friday prior to your next delivery by 9 am.

  • Can I order just once to try it out?

    You will be committed to at least two orders but then it goes week to week thereafter.

  • Are your meals fresh or frozen?

    We flash freeze our meals in a sub-zero freezer that is much colder than your freezer at home. Just because its frozen doesn’t mean it’s not fresh.

  • Do you have preservatives added?

    We use only the freshest, most natural ingredients, buying seasonal fruits and vegetables and using local growers whenever possible.

  • Are you gluten free?

    We have gluten free options available and can also make custom gluten free meals

  • Are you paleo?

    We have paleo meals available and can also make custom paleo meals

  •  Are you low carb? 

    We have low carb meals and can also make custom low carb meals

  • How are the meals delivered?

    They come in a temperature controlled cooler bag and can be left out for up to 8 hours without food spoilage.

  • What do I do when my meals arrive?

    Enjoy! Simply place your meals in the freezer and thaw in the refrigerator 2 to 3 days prior to warming it.
